做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
