做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
