做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
